The APS ASR106 Patriot M4 is a specially build M4 for CQB environment. It eliminated the shoulder stock and only uses a buffer tube in its place. The front silenced barrel is extremely short, making it look almost like a pistol. In fact, many people regards the M4 in this configuration as a M4 pistol.
The JG M5-S6 is a replica of the acclaimed Heckler & Koch silenced MP5-SD3. It comes with a built-in silencer, which makes it slightly longer than the standard MP5. It excels in CQB environment with its collapsible shoulder stock.
The photo below shows the size difference between the two guns. The APS Mini Patriot M4 is basically the same size as a standard M4. However, the built-in silencer on the MP5-SD3 makes it quite a bit longer than the custom M4. The MP5-SD3 collapsible shoulder stock can be extended to turn it into a full size rifle.
